带摩擦的光电跟踪转台控制技术研究
Study on the Control of the Optoelectronic Tracking Turntable System with Friction
【摘要】 转台精度直接影响整个光电跟踪系统的跟踪精度。以光电跟踪系统的方位轴为例,采用电流环、速度环、位置环三环控制算法实现控制。介绍了三环控制算法的分析与设计方法,并针对实际工程中出现的非线性摩擦力矩影响跟踪精度的问题,采用前馈补偿的方法提高精度,并给出了仿真实验结果。
【Abstract】 Turntable’s precision has a tremendous impact on the tracking accuracy of the optoelectronic tracking system.Taking the azimuth axis into account,the control strategy is 3-loop structure,including current loop,speed loop and position loop.Then the design method is presented.Because of the nonlinear effect of the friction moment,the turntable’ s accuracy is affected,so the feedforward controller to compensate the effect of friction moment is designed.Finally some tracking results are presented.
