【摘要】 目的总结吻合器在胃手术中应用的技术要点。方法回顾分析我院自2002～2008年应用国产康迪一次性使用吻合器进行的122例胃切除手术。结果122例胃切除手术中,出现吻合口瘘1例、吻合口狭窄3例,无吻合口出血。结论一次性使用吻合器在胃手术中方便、快捷、可靠,大大缩短手术时间,减少手术并发症,宜推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of cutter stapler in gastric operation.Methods The date of 122 cases using domestic cutter stapler in gastric operation from 2002 to 2008 was analyzed retrospectively.Results A patient had anastomotic fistula, two patients had anastomotic stenosis,and no patient had anastomotic bleeding in the 122 cases.Conclusion The cutter stapler technique was a safe and feasible choice in gastric operation.It will shorten time and reduce complication of gastric operation.更多还原
