【摘要】 目的探讨四排螺旋CT分段智能跟踪术对下肢动脉血管病变临床应用价值。方法采用2种不同方法对99例下肢动脉疾病患者行四排螺旋CT下肢动脉血管造影检查,实验组53例采用分段智能跟踪术,对照组46例采用常规智能跟踪术,并对2组图像进行对照分析。结果实验组53例采用分段智能跟踪术未发现假阳性,成功率为100%;对照组46例采用常规智能跟踪术出现13例假阳性,成功率为65.22%。2组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四排螺旋CT采用分段智能跟踪术,能清晰显示下肢动脉血管立体解剖,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigation 4-slice spiral CT angiography with sectile intelligence tracking technology the value of clinical application in artery of lower extremity vascular lesion.Methods Application of 4-slice spiral CT Angiography of lower extremity arteries to Ninety-nine cases with artery of lower extremity deploy two different contrast examination methods,the experiment group fifty-three cases with sectile intelligence tracking technology,the control group forty-six with tracking technology,to cross-check analysis two sets image.Results the experiment group fifty-three cases with sectile intelligence tracking technology had not found false positive.achievement ratio 100%;the control group forty-six with tracking technology had thirteen cases found false positive.achievement ratio 65.22%.comparied with two sets datas,difference have statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Application of 4-slice spiral CT angiography with sectile intelligence tracking technology can clear display Artery of lower extremity three-dimensiona dissection,its has the better vaule of clinical application.更多还原
