【摘要】 目的探讨心理护理对抑郁症患者康复的促进作用。方法将入组的120例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,2组应用同种药物治疗,研究组在此基础上实施系统心理护理,在治疗前和治疗后1、2、3、6月末,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效;WHOQOL-BREF量表衡量患者的生活质量。结果心理护理后,研究组HAMD总分明显低于对照组;患者生活质量显著改善,WHOQOL-BREF评分,研究组在心理健康、社会关系和环境因素等三方面明显高于对照组。结论心理护理对抑郁症患者的康复具有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nurse on rehabilitation of patients with depression.Methods 120 patients with depression were randomly divided in two groups:study group and control group,both of the groups receive medicine treatment,the study group receives psychological nurse at same time.Before treatment and 1、2、3、6 months after treatment, effects and side effects were assessed with HAMD,WHOQOL-BREF instruments were used to evaluate the patients quality of life respectively.Results The study group has a lower HAMD score(P<0.01)and higher WHOQ0L-BREF score(P<0.01)at Psychological health,social Relationship,and Environment.Conclusion Psychological nurse can accelerate rehabilitation of depression.更多还原
