高校多元化就业营销体系的构想
The Idea of Diverse Marketing System of Colleges and Universities Students’ Employment
【摘要】 论述了在我国高校毕业生就业日益严峻的形势下,高等院校通过构建多元化的营销体系,整合地方政府、辖内高校和用人单位三方的就业资源,构建以人才中介为节点的就业服务营销网络,拓展高校就业的观念创新域、管理创新域、服务创新域和调控创新域,促进大学毕业生在区域市场中的充分就业。
【Abstract】 Because of the increasingly serious situation of college graduates’ employment,the institutions of higher education have to build a wide range of employment-oriented marketing system and expand new domain concepts of college students’ employment,managing,serving,regulating and controlling by building a diversified marketing system and integrating resources of local governments,universities and employing units,aiming at promoting the full employment of university graduates in the regional market.
