【Abstract】 With the increasing severance of the situation of employment and the impact of financial crisis,the underemployment of college students has become more and more prominent.Focusing on carrying out employment guidance work done by the libraries,taking undergraduate college students as the research object,the article investigated and studied this issue in eight colleges in Hebei Province.It analyzed the current situation,and by combining the advantages and shortcomings,it put out the countermeasures to provide theoretical and practical basis for the construction of the libraries’ service system for college students’ employment.更多还原
