【Abstract】 To promote the unceasing consummation and the innovation of the national high colleges and even the national university’s drive mechanism,on the foundation of the analysis and summarization for western drove theory,the article analyses the current situation of the research on university teacher motivation mechanism in Hebei province.And it proposes measures and suggestions to improve and optimize teacher motivation mechanism of in colleges and universities in Hebei Province,such as establishing an academic atmosphere and that for respecting teachers,perfecting distribution system,innovating award system,and caring the improvement and optimizing of teachers’ mood.更多还原
