【摘要】 目的观察加减暖肝煎胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用加减暖肝煎胶囊,连续用药3周,观察两组疗效及对患者血浆CRP的影响。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%(P<0.05);血浆CRP治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加减暖肝煎可降低不稳定型心绞痛患者CRP水平,对不稳定型心绞痛具有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Jiajian Nuangan Decoction Capsule in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its influence on C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups evenly.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine for 3 weeks,while the treatment group were administered additional Jiajian Nuangan Decoction Capsule.Then,the curative effects of two groups were observed and the plasmic CRP was detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.Difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(p<0.05);the improvement of plasmic CRP level of treatment group was better than that of control group(p<0.05).Conclusions Jiajian Nuangan Decoction Capsule could decrease the level of plasmic CRP and show a good effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.更多还原
