La-TiO2/Al复合薄膜的制备及其光催化性能研究
Study on preparation of La-TiO2/Al composite films and its photocatalysis
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了以铝片为载体的掺杂La的TiO2薄膜.以甲基橙模拟有机污染物,研究了焙烧温度、不同光源、光照时间等对其光催化性能的影响.结果表明,400℃的焙烧温度光催化性能最好.在纳米TiO2中掺杂La进行修饰,当掺杂量为0.7%时其光催化效率有了明显的提高.紫外灯照射2h后,催化剂对甲基橙的降解率为97.63%,优于可见光.
【Abstract】 La modified nanometer-sized TiO2/Al thin films was prepared by sol-gel technique. Photocatalytic activity was investigated through the photocatalytic degradation of metyl orange. Effects of different calcination temperatures, light-source and illuminated times on the activity of the catalysts were studied. The results show that the photocatalyst with the highest activity is obtained when TiO2 is calcined at 400℃ . When La is doped in TiO2 and the doped proportion is 0.7% , the samples have the highest activity.In this case the degradation rate of metyl orange is 97.63% after illuminated for 4h under UV. The samples shows higher activity under UV than sunlight.
