樱桃品种果实中营养元素含量的光谱测定
Spectrometric determination of content of nutritional elements in fruits of cherry varieties
【摘要】 用HNO3—HClO4混合酸液消解样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了红灯和抉择两个樱桃品种果实中K、Mg、Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn等8种营养元素的含量.结果表明:各元素在实验范围内线性关系良好,回收率在98%~105%之间,结果较为满意.测定结果表明,两个樱桃品种果实中,营养元素含量丰富,说明樱桃果实具有较高的营养价值.在不同元素含量上,两品种均是K>Mg>Ca>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn.
【Abstract】 The contents of nutitiona elements such as K,Fe,Zn,Na,Ca,Cu,Mg and Mn in two cherry varieties namely Hongdeng and Kuaize were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry after HNO3-HCLO4 Mixed Acid digesting sample.Results show Every element showed a good linear relationship in the experiment,the recovery is between 98% 105%, the results were comparatively satisfied.The results showed that some elements essential to human K,Mg ,Ca and Zn in two cherry varieties is abundant,implying that the nutritive value of apricot plum is high. The order of the content of these elements in fruits of two cherry varieties is K>Mg>Ca>Na>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn.
