基于人树基模生成集法对现代化医院建设的影响因素及对策分析
Analysis on the influencing factors and countermeasures of modern hospital construction based on in-trees archetype generating set
【摘要】 现代化医院建设对提升医院竞争力起了不可估量的作用,本文在实地调研及系统分析的基础上找出影响现代化医院建设的6大因素,通过系统动力学中的入树基模生成集法构建了各影响因素的系统基模,并将所有基模进行分类得出了6大因素中的关键变量,从而得到了现代化医院建设的相应对策。
【Abstract】 Modern hospital construction plays an important role in improving hospital competitiveness.The paper confirmed six influencing factors of modern hospital construction by the means of doing research on the spot in hosptial and analyzing systematically. Then build up system archetypes of each factors based on the method of the intrees archetype generating set,and classified all archetypes into three groups,which make easy to proposed the countermeasures of modern hosptial construction.
