2种植物提取物与现代苦楝油对褐稻虱种群的联合干扰作用

【摘要】 应用干扰作用控制指数(interference index of population control,IIPC)分析了2种植物提取物与现代苦楝油对褐稻虱Nilaparvata lugensStal种群的联合干扰作用。结果表明:薇苷菊(Mikania micrantha)乙醇提取物、飞机草(Eupatorium odoratum)乙醇提取物和现代苦楝油(Trilogy)的不同组合,对褐稻虱种群具有明显的驱避效果,但其联合作用效果与组分未成正比;薇苷菊乙醇提取物与现代苦楝油或3种以上组分的联合处理,可使褐稻虱成虫产卵量降低80%以上,对若虫毒杀效果达47.41%~57.10%,其联合作用最终可将褐稻虱种群增长趋势指数(index of population trend,I)降到1.00以下,达到持续控制效果。

【Abstract】 With the interference index of population control(IIPC),the combinative interferential effects of ethanol extracts from two species of plants and Trilogy on the population of brown planthopper(Nilapavata lugens Stl) were studied in paddy field.The result showed that the different combination of ethanol extracts of Mikania micrantha,Eupatorium odoratum and Trilogy had an obviously repellent effect against N.lugens population,but the joint control effect had a development out of direct proportion.The combination of ethanol extracts of M.micrantha and Trilogy,or three kinds could reduce the egg numbers to more than 80%.Combined with the toxic effects to instar,the index of population trend of N.lugens can be dropped below 1.00,namely it could be substainable in the control of the development of N.lugens population.
