丁草胺在水稻上的降解动态与残留分析

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定了35%丁.苄可湿性粉剂(WP)中丁草胺在2006年和2007年湖北省和广东省水稻植株的降解动态,以及其在稻株、稻米和米糠中的最终残留量。结果表明:丁草胺在水稻植株、稻米和米糠中的添加回收率分别为86.12%~92.82%、85.10%~96.17%和83.64%~93.49%;丁草胺在水稻植株中的降解动态符合1级动力学指数模型,在湖北省和广东省水稻植株茎叶的半衰期分别为4.99~5.80 d、4.79~5.55 d;在水稻田以常规剂量2 571 g/hm2和高剂量3 857g/hm2施用35%丁.苄可湿性粉剂后,广东省和湖北省水稻植株中的残留量为0.173 8~0.223 0 mg/kg,在稻米中的残留量为0.015 4~0.034 2 mg/kg,在米糠中的残留量为0.010 7~0.029 7 mg/kg。

【Abstract】 Degradation dynamics and terminal residue of butachlor of 35% butachlor·bensulfuron-methyl WP in rice plant were studied by GC.The results showed that the recoveries of butachlor in rice plant,rice grain and rice bran were 86.12%~92.82%,85.10%~96.17% and 83.64%~93.49% respectively.Degradation dynamic equations of butachlor in rice plant was based on the first-order reaction dynamic equations.The half-life of the degradation of butachlor was 4.99~5.80 d and 4.79~5.55 d in rice plant of Hubei Province and Guangdong Province respectively.The final residue of butachlor in the rice plant was 0.001 0~0.002 9 mg/kg;the final residue of butachlor in the rice grain was 0.014 2~0.034 2 mg/kg.The final residual of butachlor in the rice bran was 0.0107~0.0297 mg/kg when the using dosages were 2 571 g/hm2 and 3 857 g/hm2 in Guangdong Province and Hubei Province.
