基于ANSYS/LS_DYNA的螺旋刀具土壤切削的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Soil Cutting by Spiral Cutter on the Basis of ANSYS/LS_DYNA
【摘要】 选择黄棕壤为土壤类型,观察螺旋刀具对土壤的破坏过程,建立了螺旋刀具的实体模型和MAT147(MAT_FHWA_SOIL)的土壤材料模型;借助有限元ANSYS/LS_DYNA(显式非线性动力分析有限元软件)模块,构建了螺旋刀具切削土壤的有限元模型,并进行螺旋刀具切削土壤过程的三维动力学仿真,得出了开沟机螺旋刀具切削土壤功耗的大小和螺旋叶片的等效应力(von Mises stress)的变化规律及其力学特性。
【Abstract】 FEM has beenused to develop the numerical simulation of working process of operating machines,and it has important theoretical value and practical significance for a firm understanding of power consumption and mechanism of interaction about the machines.This paper studied the process of spiral cutters soil cutting.Yellow palm soil was chosen as soil type,and the solid model of cutter and MAT147(MAT_FHWA_SOIL) soil material model were established.Using finite element ANSYS/LS_DYNA module,a finite element model of a spiral cutter soil cutting was built,and a three-dimensional dynamic simulation of by a cutter soil cutting was developed.The power of the spiral cutter of the ditcherwhen cutting soil was determined,the changing rules of von Mises stress of spiral leaves and its mechanical properties were found.The results can be an important guiding reference in revealing the work mechanism between spiral cutter and soil,the dynamic selection of spiral ditcher and optimization of the design parameters.
