毒死蜱和溴虫腈与SlNPV混用对斜纹夜蛾体内3种酶活性的影响
Effect of Chlorpyrifos,Chlorfenapyr and SlNPV on the Activities of PO,CarE and AchE in Spodoptera litura F.
【摘要】 在(28±1)℃下,以斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura F.)为靶标昆虫,分别测定亚致死剂量的毒死蜱、溴虫腈与斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Spodoptera lituranucleopolyhedrovirus,SlNPV)单独及混用后对幼虫多酚氧化酶(PO)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的影响。结果表明:用毒死蜱、溴虫腈、病毒、毒死蜱和病毒的混合悬液、溴虫腈和病毒的混合悬液处理后,斜纹夜蛾体内PO活性变化幅度较小;毒死蜱和病毒混合悬液处理后,斜纹夜蛾体内CarE活性远低于清水和病毒处理组;溴虫腈和病毒两者混合悬液处理后,斜纹夜蛾体内AchE活性在12 h、24 h、36 h7、2 h时高于清水和溴虫腈处理组。由此可见,农药与病毒混合后,能影响虫体内CarE和AchE活性的变化,但对PO影响较小。
【Abstract】 The effect of sublethal concentration insecticides and SlNPV on the activities of phenoloxidase(PO),carboxylesterase(CarE) and acetylcholinesterase(AchE) in Spodoptera litura F.was investigated under 28 ℃.The results showed that the PO activity was really close in the treatment of chlorpyrifos,chlorfenapyr,SlNPV,chlorpyrifos and SlNPV mixture,chlorfenapyr and SlNPV mixture.It was showed that the activity of CarE in the treatment of chlorpyrifos and SlNPV mixture was significantly lower than that in the treatment of water control and SlNPV.The activity of AchE in the treatment of chlorfenapyr and SlNPV mixture was significantly higher than those in the treatment of chlorfenapyr and the water control at 12 h,24 h,36 h and 72 h.It was obvious that there were great differences in activity of CarE and AchE mostly after the treatment of the mixture of insecticides and SlNPV.
