点阵式霍尔电流传感器的模型及实现
Current transformer model using circular-arrayed Hall elements and its implementation
【摘要】 分析了基于长直载流导线磁场分布模型的点阵式霍尔电流传感器模型,就霍尔元件的数量与互感器测量不准确度之间的关系进行了仿真计算,发现由16个以上的霍尔元件构成的环形阵列具有较强的实用性.从工程实际出发,提出了采用印刷电路板技术实现点阵式霍尔电流传感器的制造方法,并利用16个霍尔元件设计制作了额定电流为3 kA的电流互感器样品,相关试验表明印刷电路板与霍尔元件构成的点阵式霍尔电流传感器线性度高,动态范围宽,质量轻,且价格低.
【Abstract】 The induction model of circular-arrayed HCT(Hall current transducer) based on long straight conductor using was analyzed.The relationship between the potential measurement error and the number of hall elements was discussed.It was concluded that the innovative current transformer with more than 16 Hall elements was practical.From engineering practical use,PCB(printed circuit board) technology was chosen to produce circular-arrayed HCT.A circular-arrayed HCT with ratio current of 3 kA and 16 Hall elements was made.The tested results showed that the new sensor based on PCB and Hall elements had high linearity,exact dynamic range,light weight,and low price.
