【摘要】 为解决售后服务中验证产品有效性传统方法的弊端,在分析产品售后服务应用流程的基础上,提出了一种产品有效性验证算法,解决了售后服务中如何验证服务的产品是否是合同中的产品、是否在服务期内等关键问题。而且利用SQL Server存储过程对算法进行了实现,通过测试,证明了算法的可行性和有效性。该算法可以推广到其它高级语言或数据库语言,也可直接作为中间件移植到基于Web的产品售后服务系统中。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the drawbacks of traditional methods to verify the product validity in after-sales service,a product validation algorithm was put forward on the basis of analyzing the application flow in product after-sales service.It solved the key issues on how to validate weather the product was the one in the contract and whether the product was in the service deadline.A SQL Server stored procedure was used to realize the algorithm.The tests demonstrated that the algorithm was feasible and effective.The algorithm can be extended to other high-level languages and database languages;it can also be directly transplanted to product after-sales service system based on Web as a middleware.更多还原
