微波辐射下一锅法合成5,5-二苯基乙内酰脲
One-Pot Synthesis of 5,5-Diphenyl Hydantoinate under Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 在微波辐射条件下,安息香和尿素一锅反应得到苯妥英,收率达到76.2%。产物结构经红外光谱和核磁共振谱确证。该方法操作简便,反应时间短,收率高,污染小。
【Abstract】 Phenytoin was synthesized by one-pot reaction of benzoin with urea under microwave irradiation.The yields of phenytoin was 76.2%,its structure was identified by IR and 1 H-NMR.The advantages of the procedure was short time,high yield and simple work-up.
