基于Pro-E/ADAMS的路面铣刨机集料输送机构的三维建模与仿真分析
3D-Modelling,and Simulation Analysis for the Milling Machine’S Aggregate Transportation Mechanism Based on Pro-E/ADAMS
【摘要】 路面铣刨机是一种高效的沥青混凝土路面维修养护机械,其原理是利用滚动铣削的方法把路面局部或全部破碎。为了减轻劳动强度,机器设计有回收装置,使铣削下来的铣削物直接输送到运载卡车上。本文运用Pro-E和ADAMS软件对其集料输送机构二级皮带支撑机构进行三维建模和仿真分析。
【Abstract】 The road surface milling machine is one kind of highly effective asphalt coagulation earthen road pavement service machine.Its principle is broken the road surface partially or completely with the trundle milling the method,In order to reduce the labor intensity,The machine has the recycling installment.Causes the milling to transport directly from the milling rotor to delivers on the truck,This article utilizes Pro-E and the ADAMS software carries on the 3D modeling and the hypothesized simulation analysis to its waste recovery installment aggregate transportation organization two level of leather belt support organization.
