改变微流动反应器进样通道构形提高相转移反应的速度
Increasing phase-transfer reaction speed by modification of the inlet shape of the microfluidic reactor.
【摘要】 系统地研究了微通道反应器中流体的流速、通道宽度对流形的影响.通过将进样通道的构形由常规的Y形改变为十字形,首次在宽度为500μm的微通道内得到了塞流,提高了二相间的相接触面积和反应物流量;以环己酮与盐酸羟胺合成环己酮肟为例,说明改变进样通道的构形可显著提高扩散控制的相转移反应的转化率.
【Abstract】 The effect of flow rate and channel-width on the flow pattern of two immiscible phases in microchannel was investigated.By changing the inlet shape of the microfluidic reactor from conventional Y-shape into crossing-shape,slug flow was obtained in 500 μm-wide microchannel,which increased the interfacial area and the reactant-flow.The synthesis of cyclohexanone oxime from cyclohexanone with hydroxylamine hydrochloride proved that the speed of phase-transfer reaction can be remarkly increased simply by modification of the inlet shape of the microfluidic reactor.
