活性污泥合成PHA及其对磁场的响应研究

【摘要】 在好氧瞬时供料工艺下,采用逐步增加负荷法对活性污泥进行驯化,控制每个周期丰盛-匮乏时间比为1∶3.当有机负荷为5420mgCOD·L-1时,PHA(polyhydroxyalkanoate)含量可达48.6%;当有机负荷为720mgCOD·L-1时,PHA的合成速率最高达到0.18mgCOD/mgCODX·h.取驯化好的污泥在不同磁场强度下进行PHA的合成,实验发现磁场对聚羟基丁酸(hydroxybutyrate,HB)和聚羟基戊酸(hydroxyvalerate,HV)的合成产生影响.磁场强度为7mT时,活性污泥中HB含量最高;在磁场强度为21mT时,活性污泥中HV含量最高;在磁场强度为11mT时,活性污泥中PHA含量最高.强度为7mT的磁场对HB聚合酶活性促进作用最大;强度为21mT的磁场对HV聚合酶活性促进作用最大.

【Abstract】 Activated sludge was acclimated by gradually increasing organic load under aerobic dynamic feeding (ADF) conditions, and the "feast"/"famine" ratio was 1∶3. The polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA) content in biomass was 48.6% when the organic load increased to 5 420 mgCOD·L-1. The PHA production rate reaches the maximum 0.18 mgCOD/mgCODX.h when the organic load was 720 mgCOD·L-1. The magnetic field exposure influenced the biosynthesis of hydroxybutyrate(HB) and hydroxyvalerate(HV) by the acclimated activated sludge. HB content in biomass reached the maximum at 7 mT, while HV content in biomass reached the maximum at 21 mT, and PHA content in biomass reached the maximum at 11 mT. The HB polymerase was most activated at 7 mT, and the HV polymerase was most activated at 21 mT.
