600MW电厂真空系统分析及查漏
600MW Power Plant Vacuum System Leak Detection and Analysis
【摘要】 使用氦质谱检漏仪,通过分析机组负荷与真空之间的变化关系,以及灵活运用氦气上飘查漏技巧,查找出湖北某600MW汽轮机真空系统大漏点,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
【Abstract】 By using helium mass spectrometer leak detector,analyzing the variation from relationship between load and vacuum value,using helium diffuse method,abig leak was found out in one of the Hubei 600MW turbine vacuum system,saved social and economical benefits.
