【摘要】 目的探讨弥漫性轴索损伤的治疗措施,提高救治成功率。方法对2006年4月~2009年5月收治的48例弥漫性损伤病人进行回顾性临床诊治经验总结和讨论。结果按GOS评分,良好11例(22.9%),中残9例(18.8%),重残6例(12.5%),植物生存4例(8.3%),死亡18例(37.5%)。结论交通事故是导致弥漫性轴索损伤的主要原因,入院时GCS评分越低,预后越差。早期气管切开、呼吸机辅助呼吸、亚低温治疗、防治并发症、钙离子拮抗剂应用可显著改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective treatment measures for diffuse axonal injury to improve its success rate.Methods Analysis and discussion were performed about 48 cases of DAI treated in our division from April 2006 to May 2009.Results According to glasgow coma scale(GCS) scores,the data showed good recovery in 11cases(22.9%),moderate disability in 9 cases(18.8%),severe disability in 6 cases(12.5%),vegetative state in 4 cases(8.3%) and death in 18 cases(37.5%).Conclusion Traffic accident was the main reason for diffuse axonal injury,the lower admission GCS score,the worse the prognosis.Early tracheotomy,ventilator-assisted breathing,hypothermia treatment,prevention and treatment of complications,calcium antagonists can significantly improve the prognosis.更多还原
