【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图在急性肺血栓栓塞症诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析43例临床确诊的急性肺栓塞患者超声心动图资料。结果超声心动图发现16例肺动脉内血栓直接征象,36例右心系统形态改变,29例肺动脉收缩压升高。超声心动图检查大致正常者7例。结论超声心动图诊断肺动脉栓塞具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of echocardiography in acute pulmonary thromboembolism. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for echocardiography in 43 patients with pulmonary thromboembolism. Results Thrombus within left or right pulmonary artery were detected in 16 patients,right heart shape was altered in 36 cases,pulmonary hypertension was founded in 34 cases,normal echocardiogram in 7 cases. Conclusions It is significant to diagnose pulmonary embolism with echocardiography that helps to enhance the accuracy of the diagnosis.更多还原
