【摘要】 目的探讨新辅助动脉介入化疗对Ⅰb2~Ⅱb2期宫颈癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法42例Ⅰb2~Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者,其中Ⅰb2期18例,Ⅱa期14例,Ⅱb期10例。病理类型:鳞癌37例,腺癌5例。宫颈鳞癌介入治疗方案为顺铂+长春新碱+博莱霉素,宫颈腺癌介入治疗方案为顺铂+长春新碱+丝裂霉素,化疗后40例行子宫广泛切除术及盆腔淋巴清扫术,2例化疗无效而进行放疗。结果化疗总有效率90.5%(38/42),11例肿瘤完全消退(26.2%),27例部分缓解(64.3%)。结论Ⅰb2~Ⅱb期宫颈癌在根治术前给予新辅助动脉介入治疗能使肿瘤缩小,宫旁组织浸润消退,为根治性手术创造条件,提高患者生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy on cervical cancer in stage Ⅰb2～Ⅱb. Methods Neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy were done in 42 patients,with 18 cases in stage Ⅰb2,14 cases in stage Ⅱa,10 cases in stage Ⅱb.37 cases were cervical squamous cell cancer,5 cases were cervical adenocarnoma cell cancer.Cervical squamous cell cancer were treated with cisplatin,vincristine,bleomytin.Cervical adenocarnoma cell cancer were treated with cisplatin,vincristine,mitonmycin-c.After neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy,40 cases were operated,2 cases with radical therapy.Results The total neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherap response rate was 90.5%(38/42),11 cases were noted comeplete recovery(26.2%),27 cases were noted partial recovery(64.3%). Conclusions Neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy is effective to cervical cancer in stage Ⅰb2～Ⅱb,it can shrink tumor size,decrease the lymphnode metastasis rate and elevate survical rate.更多还原
