【摘要】 目的探讨65岁以上老年人乳腺癌的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院2000年1月~2008年6月62例65岁以上老年人乳腺癌患者ER、PR、C-erbB-2和P53表达情况、病理学特点及治疗方法。选取同期78例45岁以下青年女性乳腺癌患者资料进行病理学对照分析。结果老年人乳腺癌患者合并症多,术后并发症高,低恶性程度特殊类型癌更为多见。老年人乳腺癌ER(+)、PR(+)、P53(-)和C-erbB-2(-)较青年女性乳腺癌有较高的表达(P<0.01)。结论老年乳腺癌具有独特的临床和病理特点,其治疗以手术和内分泌治疗为主要,应重视老年人乳腺癌患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatments of breast cancer in aged patients(>65 years).Methods Sixty-two aged patients with breast cancer from January 2001 to June 2008 were reviewed and 78 young patients(<45 years) with breast cancer were collected as control.Expressions of ER and PR and C-erbB-2 and P53 and pathological features and treatments were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were more accompaniment diseases and complications and low grade maligant types tumors in aged patients.ER(+),PR(+),P53(-) and C-erbB-2(-) in aged patients were significantly higher than in young patients(P<0.01).Conclusions Aged patients with breast cancer possess particular clinical and pathological features.The individual comprehensive therapy,surgery and endocrine therapy are primary.It is important to improve the quality of the patients with breast cancer.更多还原
