【摘要】 目的探讨三种预防措施减少Ⅱ类洞充填后悬突的发生情况。方法收集1999年12月-2008年1月来本院就诊,对需要充填治疗的866例Ⅱ类洞患牙,分别实施三种预防措施,观察其悬突发生率和悬突程度的情况进行比较。结果A组悬突发生率(65.4%)最高,高于B组(31.1%)(χ2=66.443,P<0.001)和C组(22.0%)(χ2=111.122,P<0.001),B组又高于C组(χ2=6.258,P=0.012)。结论采用放置成型片加自制木楔和口腔剔挖器可降低Ⅱ类洞悬突的发生,效果切实可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyzed the effect of Ⅱcavity filling complicating overhang in three preventive measure.Methods We collected 866 posterior teeth clinical case from 1999-12 to 2008-1 with Ⅱcavity filling.the ratio of overhang and size was compared based on with three preventive measure.Results A group the ratio of overhang was the highest than that of B group(χ2=66.443,P<0.001)and C group(χ2=111.122,P<0.001),B group was higher than that of C group(χ2=6.258,P=0.012).Conclusion Applying matrixbands woodwedge making from oneself and multifunction remover can reduce the incidence rate of overhang.That was resonably designed and had practicality in clinical application.更多还原
