【摘要】 目的观察培菲康治疗轮状病毒肠炎的治疗效果。方法轮状病毒肠炎患儿320例随机分为2组,对照组160例应用抗病毒、补液等常规治疗;治疗组160例在常规治疗同时给予培菲康口服。比较总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率85.6%,对照组71.2%,差异明显(χ2=9.77,P(0.01),无不良反应。结论培菲康治疗轮状病毒肠炎简便、安全、有效,且无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of bifico triple viable(bifico) on infantil rotavirus enteritis.Methods Total 320 cases of rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups,160 cases in the treatment group and 160 cases in the control group.The control group were given conventional therapy.Together with conventional therapy the treatment group were given bifico.To compare the total effectiveness rate and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results Compaired with the control group,the total effectiveness rate was 85.6% from the treatment group,but 71.2% from the control group.The significant difference was remarkable(χ2=9.77,P﹤0.01)and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion The therapy of bifico on infantil rotavirus enteritis was simple,safe,and effective,and there was no adverse reaction.更多还原
