【摘要】 目的观察新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的临床效果。方法真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔22例(22眼),彻底剖切溃疡灶及周围水肿混浊的角膜组织,取2~5层羊膜修剪成与植床大小相当的块状,上皮面朝上贴敷于溃疡面,再取较大的羊膜覆盖于最外层并以尼龙线缝合固定。结果22例均临床治愈,溃疡面遗留不同程度的瘢痕。术后6个月视力大于0.04者5例,0.04者8例,0.02者4例,指数/10 cm 5例。结论新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔疗效较好,适用于无条件作角膜移植者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of fungal corneal ulcer perforation treated by fresh amnion transplantation.Methods Incise the corneal ulcer and clean the focal lesion and peripheral edematous and turbid tissues so as to form an implant bed.Taking the 2~5 layers of amnion,cut them into the same size as that implant bed,and put them against the surface of wound with the outer epithelium upward.Then cover it with a layer of amniotic membrane.Finally,suture it with nylon stitch.Results All 22 patients with fungal corneal ulcer was covery,leaving different cicatrices on the ulcer surfaces.Eyesight examination after 6 month shows that there are 5cases that have a vision of over 0.04,8cases of 0.04,4cases of 0.02,and 5cases with the counting finger/10cm.Conclusion It is a simple method with a better curative effect to treat the fungal corneal ulcer by multilayer amnion transplantation,which is particularly suitable for the patients without conditions of corneal transplantation.更多还原
