【摘要】 目的了解医院感染现患率、医院感染发生的特点、抗菌药物使用情况。方法采用床旁调查和病历调查相结合的方法。填写统一的个案调查表。结果医院感染现患率为3.58%。抗菌药物横断面总使用率为43.07%。标本送检率仅为19.03%。结论加强前瞻性监测,落实各项感染控制措施,进一步规范抗菌素使用,提高用药前相关标本送检率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the prevalence and characteristics of nosocomial infections(NI),and the use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital,in order to discover the problems of nosocomial infection control.Methods All patients were investigated by bed-visiting and patients’ medical records checking.all hospitalized patients filled out the uniform personal questionnaire.ResultsAmong 671 investigated patients,the prevalence rate of NI was 3.58%,the actual rate of investigation was 99.26%.The usage rate of antimicrobial agents of that day was 43.07 %.19.03% of inpatients who received treatment usage of antimicrobial agents were delivered samples for pathogenic detection.Conclusion In order to prevent nosocomial infection,it is need to improve hospital environment,strengthen prospective surveillance and the management of disinfection.the use of antimicrobial agents should be further standardized,the rate of delivering samples should be improved.更多还原
