【摘要】 目的观察华佗再造丸联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法82例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组口服华佗再造丸和丁苯酞胶囊;对照组口服维脑路通片和川芎嗪注射液静脉注射,两组各用药1个月后进行神经功能缺损评分和疗效评价,并评价其预后。结果神经功能缺损评分ESS,治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论华佗再造丸联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Huatuo reconstruction pill combined with butylphalide in treating acute ischemic stroke.Methods 82 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group.41 patients in observation group were given Huatuo reconstruction pill and butylphalide,and 41 patients in observation guoup were given Huatuo reconstruction pill and butylphalide,and 41 patients in control group were treated with troxerutin and ligustrazine injection.The effectiveness was asssesed by the neurological functional deficit scores before and after treatment.Rssults Compared with control group,observation group initiated the significant improvement in neurofunctions in day 30 after the treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.There was no obvious adverse effect during the process of treatment.Conclusion Huatuo reconstruction pill combined with butylphalide is safe and effective in the treatment of acute icchemic stroke.更多还原
