【摘要】 目的分析屈光不正患者已接受术前检查后最终未行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的原因。方法为2378例屈光不正患者行术前检查,对未行手术的263例(占11.1%)进行原因分析。结果263例患者中,未行手术的原因为:思想顾虑大者92例(34.6%),角膜厚度不足者62例(23.7%),矫正视力<0.5者37例(14.1%),角膜屈光力偏大者32例(12.3%),角结膜炎症、干眼症者12例(4.4%),眼压偏高者11例(4.2%),眼底病变者9例(3.5%),其他原因8例(3.2%)。结论准分子激光角膜屈光手术有明显的选择性和适应症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons why some ametropia patients did not undergo laser refractive corneal surgery after examined preoperatively.Methods Of 2378 ametropia patients who had pre-operative examinations,263 patients(11.1%) who did not undergo laser refractive corneal surgery were included in this study to indentify the reasons of not having the surgery.Results Of 263 patients,92 patients(34.6%)had some apprehension about the surgery;corneal thickness of 62 patients(23.7%)was insufficient;corrected visual acuity of 37 patients(14.1%) was below 0.5;coreal refractive prower of 32 patients(12.3%)was too high;12 patients(4.4%) had keratitis,conjunctivitis or dry eye syndrome;11 patients(4.2%) had high intraocular pressure;9 patients(3.5%) suffered from ocular fundus diseases and 8 patients(3.2%) had other reasons.Conclusion Excimer laser refractive corneal surgery has obvious selection and strict adaptations.更多还原
