【摘要】 目的分析AO微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗股骨远端复杂性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年10月～2008年8月应用LISS治疗21例股骨远端复杂性骨折患者的临床资料。对术后的伤口愈合情况、并发症及关节功能恢复情况进行分析。结果平均随访时间13.5个月(3～26个月),所有患者术后伤口均I期愈合,除1例出现膝内翻畸形,2例骨缺损和骨吸收较严重的患者术后6个月再次行植骨外,其余患者在术后3～7个月均获得骨愈合。膝关节HSS功能评定:优12例,良5例,可4例,优良率80.95%。结论LISS接骨板是治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折的理想内固定材料,它具有骨折愈合率高,关节功能恢复满意等优点,然而必须严格掌握其适应证和技术操作程序才能取得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effectiveness of complicated distal-femur fractures treated with less invasive stabilization system(LISS).Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of the complicated distal-femur fractures treated with LISS from October 2005 to August 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Complications and the recovery of joint function were observed.Results The patients were followed up from 3 to 26 months(average 13.5 months).All wounds recovered in I stage.Eighteen cases achieved solid osseous union from 3 months to 7 months postoperatively except that 1 case of bandy-leg and 2 cases of bone defects treated by bone grafting after 6 months postoperatively.The results were excellent in 12 cases,good in 5 cases,fair in 4 cases,and the ratio of fineness was 80.95% according to HSS knee scoring.Conclusion LISS is an ideal internal fixation material for treating the complicated distal-femur fracture.It has the advantages of high ratio of bone union,satisfactory joint function,but for achieving satisfactory effects the operators should strictly handle the indications and operational procedures.更多还原
