【摘要】 目的观察复方厄贝沙坦对高血压并阵发性房颤的影响。方法将80例高血压并阵发性房颤患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,研究组给予复方厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组给予非血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂类及非血管紧张素受体拮抗类降压药治疗,治疗前、治疗后6个月,利用多普勒超声测量左房和左室,利用超声实时成像技术分别观察二尖瓣波群、心底波群、三尖瓣波群、心室波群的变化。并用统计学方法对其治疗前后各种指标进行比较。结果研究组治疗后LVDd、IVST、LVPMT、左室肌重指数(LVMI)较治疗前均明显下降,而对照组是LVPWT、LVMI明显下降;LADd、IVST、LVPWT、LVMI和LVEF治疗后两组比较有显著性差异。用药后研究组心脏各波群改变的发生率较对照组明显降低。结论复方厄贝沙坦不仅能降压,而且能改善高血压并阵发性房颤患者左房功能,降低房颤发生次数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Irbesartan to hypertension with atrial fibrillation.Methods Eighty patients suffered from hypertension with atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups.Patients in therapy group were given Irbesartan and compare’s were non-angiontension-converting enzyme inhibitor.All the patients were checked by Dopple echocardiongram 6 months before and later the treatment,parameters including end diastolic diameter of left artriam,end distolic diameter of left ventricle,end diastolic diameter of left ventricle,thickness of intraventricular septam and thickness of posterior wall of left ventricle.Muscle index of left ventricle and ejetion fraction of left ventrical were calculated.base,Trienspid valves and ventricles were observed by technology of echo-timely image.Total indexes before and after treatmens were compared statistically.Results Comparing the two groups,indexes of LVDd,IVST,LVPMT,LVMI of the therapy were decreased significantly and indexes of LVPWT,LVMI of the compare were decreased significantly;there was a notable differences of LADd,IVST,LVPWT,LVMI和LVEF between the therapy and compare group.Comparing the echo pattern of the two groups,the therapy alter more obviously,involving the total varieties all the therapy of echo pattern and apiece echo pattern varied more obviously.Conclusion Irbesartan may decline blood pressure and improve left artrial fanction of pationts suffered from hypertonsion with auricle fibrillation.更多还原
