【摘要】 目的研究早期胃肠复苏和肠内营养支持对绞窄性肠梗阻术后的治疗作用。方法对1999年6月～2008年6月本院治疗绞窄性肠梗阻59例病人进行回顾性分析。结果治愈58例,死亡1例。其中腹腔积液感染或脓肿3例,吻合口漏1例,粘连性肠梗阻1例,切口感染8例。结论早期应用胃肠复苏和肠内营养治疗是安全、有效的,它可以促进消化道功能恢复,降低机体炎症反应和术后并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of early gastrointestinal recovery and enteral nutrition for strangulating obstruction.Methods Fifty-nine patients with strangulating obstruction who were treated in our hospital From June 1999 to June 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Fifty-eight cases were cured and 1 case died.Of the 59 cases,3 cases had ascites or abscess,1 case had anastomotic leakage,1 case had adhesive intestinal obstruction,8 cases had incision infection.Conclusion Early gastrointestinal recovery and enteral nutrition therapy is safe and effective.It can promote the functional recovery of the digestive tract and decrease body inflammatory response and postoperative complications.更多还原
