【摘要】 目的探讨粘贴法处理静脉曲张点式剥脱切口的治疗效果。方法前瞻性研究100例单侧单纯性大隐静脉曲张点式剥脱术病例,随机分为两组(各50例),分别以3M静脉输液固定护贴Ⅱ型粘贴法和普通丝线缝合法处理点式剥脱切口。结果粘贴法处理点式剥脱切口与普通丝线缝合法比较,切口愈合率无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后疤痕程度、患者满意度等均优于后者(P<0.05);单个切口处理时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论粘贴法处理点式剥脱切口疗效可靠,应用简便,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of pasting method to deal with the point-like-incision of varicosity.Methods We conducted a prospective randomized trial in 100 patients with simple varicose of great saphenous vein received point-like striping operation,50 patients per group,using 3M IVT fixing sticking to paste versus normal silk to suture the point-like incision respectively.Results There was no significant difference between the pasting group and the suturing group(P>0.05),the scar degree and patients’ satisfaction in pasting group were better(P<0.05),time of dealing with single incision was obviously shortened(P<0.01).Conclusion The pasting method to deal with point-like striping incision has a reliable therapeutic effect and applied conveniently.It is worth generalization.更多还原
