【摘要】 N+N复合词在英汉语言中是一个常见的构词现象,对这一现象的研究也从单纯的语义学角度转向了认知语义学。文章根据Benczes提出的基于概念隐喻或概念转喻或基于两者而创建的N+N英语复合词,对英汉的N+N复合词作了对比,说明了汉语N+N复合词中的修饰成分或凸显成分同样存在着隐喻或转喻,也说明了人们的认知在很多方面存在着共同点。更多还原

【Abstract】 N+N compounding is a common phenomenon in both English and Chinese languages.The researches on it have been done from the perspective of semantics to cognitive semantics.This essay,based on Benczes’ research results of the semantics of metaphorical and/or metonymical noun-noun combinations,makes a comparison between English N+N compounds and Chinese ones. It elaborates both modifiers and/or profile determinants of Chinese N+N compounds are created metaphorically and/or metonymically, which also displays the similarities of people’s cognition in many aspects.更多还原
