基于自组织控制过程的骨重建过程的有限元仿真
Bone Remodeling Simulation Research Based on Self-organizational Control Process
【摘要】 目的建立由密质骨和松质骨两种材料组成的骨骼三维有限元模型,利用自组织控制过程的控制方程进行仿真骨重建过程,利用矢量化计算方法优化仿真过程。方法利用医学图像处理软件Simple-Ware建立骨骼的有限元模型,利用数学计算软件Matlab进行前后处理,利用有限元软件Ansys求解计算,实现骨重建过程的仿真。结果通过仿真分析,得到重建稳定后骨的密度分布。结论对比分析表明,利用Matlab和Ansys结合进行的骨重建过程的仿真,计算效率高、稳定性好,对于深入进行力学因素或生物因素改变引起骨重建过程的研究有一定实际意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the bone remodeling process with the control function of self-organizational control process basing on bone solid finite element model which made of two materials,trabecular and cortical bones. Methods The bone solid model was built up with medical image process software-SimpleWare. And the simulation of bone remodeling process was realized with analysis and calculation of finite element analysis software Ansys,while post processing was done with mathematical software Matlab. Results According to the simulation analysis,the bone remodeling results with steady bone mineral density distribution were obtained. Conclusion Bone mineral distribution in 3-dimension space can be obtained with Ansys for processing and Matlab for post processing. Through comparison and analysis,it is showed higher calculating efficiency and better steady property with combination of Matlab and Ansys to simulate bone remodeling process than only with Ansys for whole processing. There is practical value for deeply studying the influences of changes of mechanical and biologic factors on bone remodeling process.
