应用法学专业实践教学基地建设的困境与出路
The Problem and Solution to Establishing Field-practice Bases for Applied Law Majors
【摘要】 实践教学基地的建设,对于法学专业的人才培养必不可少。由于主客观因素的综合限制,我国目前法学专业实践教学基地建设却举步维艰。加大经费投入和加强教学单位与实际部门的沟通有助于法学专业实践教学基地建设。
【Abstract】 Field-practice bases are essential to law majors.For many reasons,little has been achieved in those bases for law students.The solution lies in the following: increasing investments;improving cooperation between teaching units and associated functional agents.
