波、流联合作用下张力腿平台系索系统疲劳可靠性分析方法研究
Research on Fatigue Reliability of Tension Leg Platform Tendon System under Wave and Current
【摘要】 论述了对波流作用下张力腿平台系索进行疲劳可靠性分析的两种方法。考虑波流的联合作用,对张力腿平台进行涡激振动动力响应分析得到应力谱。采用Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤(S-N曲线)方法和断裂力学方法分别建立失效模式的极限状态函数,进行可靠性分析。假设环境荷载的长期分布是由k个短期海况组成,且每一个海况的短期分布服从Rayleigh分布。对应力范围进行雨流修正使其服从Rayleigh分布。通过实例计算对两种方法进行了比较,可靠性分析计算采用一次二阶矩(FORM)方法和Monte Carlo方法。
【Abstract】 Two methods of fatigue reliability of tension leg platform tendon system under wave and current is investigated first.The stress spectrum of the tendons is derived on the basis of a dynamic VIV response analysis of TLP under wave and current loadings.The fatigue reliability analysis is made using Palmgren-Miner’s rule(S-N curve approach) and fracture mechanics approaches,estab-lishing limit state equations for failure modes.The long-term stochastic load process is divided into k shortterm cases which are described by Rayleigh distribution.The stress ranges are described by Rayleigh distribution through rain flow revision.It compares Palmgren-Miner’s rule(S-N curve approach) with fracture mechanics approach.First order reliability method(FORM) and Monte Carlo simulation technique have been employed for reliability estimation.
