【摘要】 建立了一种红树植物和沉积物样品中多氯联苯的提取、分离以及定性、定量分析的方法。以植物和沉积物中PCB47和PCB155为研究对象,利用超声波进行提取、硫酸和硅胶柱进行净化和分离,以毛细管GC-ECD和内标法对PCBs进行定量分析。研究结果表明:植物中PCB47和PCB155的平均回收率分别为90.47%和84.25%,方法检测限为0.0109×10-9和0.0112×10-9;沉积物样品中PCB47和PCB155的平均回收率分别为93.27%和86.68%,方法检测限为0.0140×10-9和0.0114×10-9;相对标准偏差均低于3.60%。本方法可满足植物和沉积物样品中PCBs定量分析要求。

【Abstract】 A novel method was developed for the determination of PCB47 and PCB155 in plant and sediment samples.First,PCB47 and PCB155 were extracted by the ultrasonic extraction.Then they were cleaned up and separated from interferences with sulfuric acid and silica chromatography column.At last,they were detected by capillary GC-ECD with the mixed standard and internal standard process for the quantitative analysis.The results showed that the average recoveries of PCB47 and PCB155 were 90.47% and 84.25% for the plant samples and 93.27% and 86.68% for the sediment samples,respectively.The method detection limits of PCB47 and PCB155 were 0.0109×10-9 and 0.0112×10-9 for the plant samples,while 0.0114×10-9 and 0.0140×10-9 for the sediment samples.The relative standard deviations were all below 3.60%.The results of quality control showed that the analytical method was suitable for the trace PCBs in plant and sediment.
