溢油对东海浮游生物垂直迁移活动的影响
Effects of oil spill on vertical migration of plankton in East China Sea
【摘要】 以垂直下移率为指标,研究了正面敞开区、背面敞开区、背流区和湍流区4种不同生态条件下溢油对东海浮游生物垂直迁移活动的影响。生态特征对大多数浮游生物垂直下移率的影响程度由高到低依次为:正面敞开区(A)>背面敞开区(B)>背流区(D)>湍流区(C)。方差分析表明:总浮游植物、夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)、总桡足类和中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)在4种生态特征之间的垂直下移率存在显著的差异。4种生态特征间的多重比较结果表明:中华哲水蚤的垂直下移率除背流区与湍流区之间不存在显著差异外,其他两两生态特征之间均存在极显著的差异,对溢油污染表现出了较好的敏感性。
【Abstract】 Effects of oil spill on vertical migration of plankton,at front of oil spill for wide area(A),back towards oil spill for wide area(B),rushing waters area(C) and back to flow waters area(D) four ecological characteristics in East China Sea were studies.Influence degrees of ecological characteristic on vertical migration of plankton from strong to weak was: A>B>D>C.ANOVA analysis showed that there are the significant differences of vertical migration rate of each group or species(total phytoplankton,Noctiluca scintillans,total Copepoda and Calanus sinicus) in the four different ecological characteristics(P<0.05).The multiple comparison showed that there are the significant differences of vertical migration rate of Calanus sinicus between A and B,A and C,A and D,B and C respectively(P<0.01).
