【Abstract】 The major histocompatibility complex(MHC) are highly polymorphic immunoglobulin-like receptor genes in vertebrate,and paid much attention for their important function in immune system.Along the discovery of MHC genes in fish in 1990s,extensive research is given to fish’s MHC and great information received.Here,gene structure,gene numbers,polymorphism,expression and function studies of fish’s MHC,are reviewed and MHC’s role in fish population genetics and breeding researches is discussed.更多还原
