【摘要】 目的探讨复层辐射人羊膜在取皮区及浅、深度擦皮创面上应用的临床疗效及其对创面的保护作用。方法用羊膜和常规油纱分别贴敷上述各个创面的两部分进行治疗。对照观察。结果用人羊膜侧的创面比用油纱侧的创面平均提前4~5天愈合。用羊膜侧的创面无1例感染。结论人羊膜对创面的早期愈合起到良好的治疗作用,并且对预防创面感染起到保护作用。复层辐射人羊膜是可在临床应用的良好的创面覆盖物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe if double-layer human amnion could protect skin-offering wound and abrasion wound,facilitate epithelializing and accelerate healing.Methods The fresh human amnion was made into single-layer amnion,then radiated by γ-radiation.The amnion was applied to 110 surface of wound.Results Skin-offering wounds healed 4～5 days earlier than the control group,the thin abrasion wounds healed 4 days earlier than the control group,the deep abrasion wound healed 5 days earlier than the control group.Conclusion The radiation-treated human amnion has advantage at treatment of wound.It prevents infection,and accelerats healing.The significant effects make it a prospective biological dressing.更多还原
