【摘要】 目的比较IPS-EmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面及Ceramage聚合瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法选择需做前牙贴面修复患者36例(共148颗),随机分为两组:IPS-EmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面组76颗,Ceramage聚合瓷贴面组72颗。修复完成后2周、2年复查贴面的完整度、边缘适合度、牙龈健康情况、牙敏感症状及颜色匹配性等指标。结果两组贴面在边缘适合度、牙龈健康情况和牙敏感症状方面无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。修复体完整度方面聚合瓷贴面组优于铸瓷贴面组,颜色匹配性方面铸瓷贴面组优于聚合瓷贴面组(P均<0.05)。结论两种贴面在前牙美容修复中均能达到良好效果,IPS-EmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面美观性较好,Ceramage聚合瓷贴面完整度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of IPS-EmpressⅡveneers and Ceramage veneers.Methods One hundred and forty-eight anteriors in 36 cases were selected and randomly devided into two groups:76 veneers in IPS-EmpressⅡgroup,72 veneers in Ceramage group.The integrity of restoration,marginal adaptation,gingival health,sensitivity and colour match of all cases were checked and recorded after 2 weeks and 2 years.Results The marginal adaptation,sensitivity and gingival health of two groups had no difference(P>0.05).The colour match of IPS-EmpressⅡveneers was better than that of Ceramage veneers,the integrity of restoration of Ceramage veneers was better than that of IPS-EmpressⅡveneers(P<0.05).Conclusion Two kinds of veneers can both achieve good effect in the restoration for aesthetic teeth.The IPS-EmpressⅡveneers can satisfy the higher cosmetic requirement while the Ceramage veneers can be used to patients with strong occlusal force.更多还原
