【摘要】 目的研究乳前牙反与40例正常乳牙儿童的X线牙颌面形态特征。方法随机抽样选取40例哈尔滨地区正常乳牙儿童和40例乳前牙反儿童的X线头颅侧位定位片进行头影测量分析。结果头影测量分析显示,两组中以下指标FNA、A-NV、SNB、FH/NP、SE、SND、ANB、Wits、NA/PA、UI-NA、UI/NA、UI-AP、LI-NB、LI/NB、LI-AP、LI/MP、FM IA、UI/LI、FH/OP比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),其余指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论乳前牙反主要存在颌间关系不调及上下切牙位置异常等改变,其中颌间关系不调主要为上颌后缩及下颌功能位置的改变造成。乳前牙反以牙性—功能性改变为主,但亦存在牙颌面形态结构的异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the morphological characteristics of the cranio-dento-facial complex of children with deciduous dentition and primary anterior crossbite.Methods Forty children in Harbin with normal occlusion and 40 with primary anterior crossbite in deciduous dentition were selected for cephalometric analysis.Results There were significant differences of FNA、A-NV、SNB、FH/NP、SE、SND、ANB、Wits、NA/PA、UI-NA、UI/NA、UI-AP、LI-NB、LI/NB、LI-AP、LI/MP、FMIA、UI/LI、FH/OP(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other measurements(P>0.05).Conclusion The most significant differences of the primary anterior crossbite were the intermaxillary skeletal relationships abnormality and the abnormal location of the incisors.The intermaxillary skeletal relationships abnormality were due to the maxillary retrusion and the changes of the mandibular position.The mainly changes of the primary anterior crossbite were the dento-functional alterations.However the morphological characteristics of the cranio-dento-facial complex were also abnormal.更多还原
