丹酚酸B滴眼对大鼠糖尿病性白内障的影响

【摘要】 目的研究丹酚酸B对糖尿病性白内障大鼠模型的形成是否具有抑制作用。方法经大鼠阴茎背静脉注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备糖尿病大鼠白内障模型眼。实验分为空白组、对照组、模型组和丹酚酸B滴眼组,裂隙灯显微镜照相机记录晶状体变化。6个月后取大鼠晶状体检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果丹酚酸B滴眼组晶状体混浊程度明显低于模型组。丹酚酸B滴眼组与模型组相比晶状体上皮细胞中SOD、GSH-Px活性增高,MDA含量降低。结论丹酚酸B滴眼可减轻糖尿病大鼠晶状体的混浊程度,可能与丹酚酸B通过抗脂质过氧化作用,提高细胞耐缺氧能力,抑制氧自由基的大量生成来保护晶状体上皮细胞有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate treatment of cataract with salvianolic acid B eyedrop in model rats with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Model rats with diabetic cataract were prepared by injecting streptozotocin through rats’ dorsal venous of penis.Change of lens were recorded by slit lamp microscope camera in blank group,contrast group,model group and salvianolic acid B eyedrop group.Quantity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and malondi-adihyde(MDA) in lens were detected after six months when rats were killed to end experiments.Results Turbid level of lens in salvianolic acid B eyedrop group was significantly lighter than that in model group.Expression of SOD and GSH-Px were enhanced,while expression of MDA in lens’ epithelial cells was reduced.Conclusion DM rats’ lens turbid level could be reduced by salvianolic acid B eyedrop,which is probably related with enhanced anti-hypoxia abillity of cells,and inhibition of a large number of produce of through anti oxygen free radicals lipid peroxidation of salvianolic acid B,so as to protect lens’ epithelial cells.
