【摘要】 目的探讨化疗对白血病患者脑血管血流动力学的影响。方法通过经颅多普勒超声(transcranial Doppler,TCD)描记脑底动脉的多普勒信号和血流动力学参数,观察急性白血病患者化疗前后的脑血流异常的动态变化,并通过动物实验观察化疗对兔脑血管血流的影响。结果在排除贫血等因素影响时,化疗引起急性白血病患者普遍性脑血流速度增快;化疗使兔脑血流速度稍增快。结论化疗引起普遍性脑血管血流速度增快,提示有脑血管痉挛和损伤,所以临床治疗中应注意预防脑出血的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of chemotherapy on the cranial hemodynamics of patients with leukemia.Methods The signals and the hemodynamic parameters of cranial basal arteries were detected by transcranial Doppler(TCD),the dynamic changes of cranial bloodstream in the patients with acute leukemia before and after chemotherapy were detected.The same effect was also detected on the rabbit cranial bloodstream.Results Chemotherapy generally increased the speed of cranial bloodstream in the patients with acute leukemia and eliminated the effect of anemia.Chemotherapy slightly increased the speed of cranial bloodstream in rabbits.Conclusion Chemotherapy can generally increase the speed of cranial bloodstream in the patients with acute leukemia,hinting the cerebral angio spasm and vessel damage.Consequently,more attention should be paid to the prevention of the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage during clinical treatment.更多还原
