【摘要】 目的研究珍菊降压片中蒙花苷、盐酸可乐定、氢氯噻嗪、芦丁的含量测定方法,建立相应的质量控制标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸可乐定、氢氯噻嗪、芦丁及蒙花苷的含量进行测定。结果4种成分的含量均用相应的测定方法准确测出。结论4种测定方法准确可靠、重现性好,可以控制珍菊降压片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method to determine the content of flos chrysanthemi indici,clonidine hydrochloride,hydrochlorothiazide,rutin of Zhenjujiangya tablets,to establish relevant quality control standard.Methods HPLC method was utilized to determine the ingredients which were individually extracted from clonidine hydrochloride,hydrochlorothiazide,rutin and linarin of flos chrysanthemi indici.Results The content of four all were determined accurately by relevant method.Conclusion The four content determination methods can be accurate and have good reproducibility.更多还原
