【摘要】 目的研究亳州产白芷的品种与质量。方法按常规生药学方法进行来源、性状、显微鉴定,按照《中国药典》2005年版白芷项下方法进行薄层鉴别与含量测定,同时与川产白芷进行对比。结果详细描述了亳白芷的物种及其生药鉴别特征,并进行了初步的质量分析。结论所用方法可为亳白芷的的鉴别及资源开发利用提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the variety and quality of Bo Baizhi.METHODS The routine pharmacognosy methods were used,including the original plant identification,morphological and histological identification.TLC identification and content determination were carried out according to the method of Angelica dahurica in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2005.The results were compared with the standard of Chuan Baizhi.RESULTS The study determined the source,descripted the detailed characteristics of Bo Baizhi,did the preliminary analysis of the quality.CONCLUSION The study provided the basis for the identification,development and utilization,and quality standards of Bo Baizhi.更多还原
